Hands-on management of people and processes within a top quality, pressurised litho print finishing department - print manufacture.

Required:

Qualified, experienced litho print finishing manager with solid hands-on experience gained in a medium to large print shop - top quality litho print
Lots of hand-finishing processes to be managed - hands-on finishing of wobblers, posters, folders etc
Able to train and mentor staff
Hands-on experience and knowledge of all litho print finishing equipment essential - binding, collating, hand finishing, punching
Able to operate in an environment with exacting quality standards
Own transport, valid licence.

To start in 2025
