Finance Manager

• Responsible for the financial, risk, tax and revenue management of the company
• Enforce and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures
• Implement and maintain a strong financial filing system
• Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash
• Implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and procurement policies and procedures
• Manage and process all payments for service providers
• Establish guidelines for budget and forecast preparation
• Prepare and submit annual budgets
• Ensure strict adherence to budgets
• Manage all cash flow and prepare forecasts
• Prepare and submit monthly management accounts
• Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports
• Maintain general ledgers
• Reconcile all bank accounts
• Reconcile all asset and liability accounts on a monthly basis
• Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded, amortized, and disposed of appropriately
• Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting
• Oversee the management of all leases, contracts with service providers and other financial commitments
• Monitor revenue statuses and trends and advise on budgetary shortfalls
• Ensure that all company assets are fully and properly insured with the approved insurance company
• Complete, submit and pay all PAYE, VAT and IT returns on time
• Ensure timeous invoicing and collection of revenue
• Ensure timeous payment of all creditors

• Bachelor's degree in finance
• A minimum experience of three years
