Job brief

As the store manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to create an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, a commitment to excellent service, and the ability to inspire team members to achieve their best.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a dedicated retail team
• Deliver and maintain excellent customer service
• Plan and oversee in-store promotions and merchandising
• Manage stock effectively and monitor stock levels
• Ensure compliance with legal health and safety standards
• Address and resolve any issues within the store
• Organise store operations and delegate responsibilities
• Train and guide staff to maximise performance
• Prepare and control the store’s budget, focusing on cost efficiency
• Handle customer complaints, upholding a high standard of service
