An international client in the insurance sector is seeking an experienced marketing manager to lead a dynamic remote marketing team, communicate with stakeholders and oversee marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and business growth in Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities:

• Team leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing remote marketing team.
• Stakeholder management: Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and align marketing efforts with strategic goals.
• External engagement: Coordinate with external stakeholders in Australia and New Zealand.
• Workflow management: Prioritise tasks and manage resources for maximum productivity.
• Reporting: Present comprehensive reports on marketing activities and ROI.
• Budget control: Monitor and report on marketing budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
• Three + years’ experience in a senior marketing role.
• Proven leadership skills with remote teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing international stakeholders.
• Proficiency in marketing workflows and task prioritization.
• Ability to develop and present marketing reports.

Technical skills:

• MS Office
• Google Suite (Analytics, Ads, Looker Studio, etc.)
• Meta
• SEMrush
• HubSpot
• WordPress
• Project Management tools (MS Planner, Monday.com, etc.)
• MS Teams or Slack

Additional information:

• Preferred location: George, South Africa or willingness to relocate to George.
• Flexibility to work international hours.
