An accounting firm in George is urgently seeking an Administrator to join their team.

The official handover will be on the 1st of July, but the candidate will be required to start as soon as possible.

Salary:
R6 500 basic salary (+ Pension after three month probation period)

Requirements:

Computer literate in MS Word; Excel and Pastel
Knowledge of UIF & WCA
Knowledge of E-Filing (SARS)
Knowledge of archival work
Own transport and license

Responsibilities:

Switchboard
Office management
Personal assistance to the directors of the company
Filing
Financial administration
Office tasks
Keeping the office neat; assist with cleaning
