In this position, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring our office runs smoothly, and supporting our sales team in their outreach efforts. Responsibilities:
Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entry
Manage and maintain our customer relationship management (CRM) system
Prepare and send daily, weekly reports to clients
Convert email responses into sales demos
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Manage 25+ clients and all admin as such from these inboxes
Requirements:
Two + years of experience in an administrative role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for providing exceptional customer service
