Administrative Assistant

• Experience in an administration role within relevant industry
• Computer literate on Pastel and MS Office
• Switchboard experience

• Ordering of stationary and personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Processing and creating debtors' invoices
• Processing of Creditors' invoices and statements
• Filing
• Switchboard management
• Reception duties
• Recording and allocation of transferred payments
• Experience processing any payments via card machine and receiving of cash
• Monthly banking of cash payments
• Wage processing duties
• Managing of personnel files as part of HR duties
• Processing of Rand Mutual Assurance Claims
• Processing of SAF (sick and accident fund) and AHP (additional holiday pay)
• PA duties (occasional)
