E-Waste Recycling Telesales Representative

Our client is looking for a motivated and results-driven telesales representative to join their team in the e-waste recycling industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, generating sales leads, and promoting e-waste recycling services. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build relationships over the phone.

Sales and lead generation
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce e-waste recycling services.
- Follow up on warm and cold leads to generate business opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored recycling solutions.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and provide detailed product and service information.
- Follow up on past clients to encourage repeat business.
- Update and maintain lead sheets and call reports daily.
- Track customer interactions and ensure all follow-ups are scheduled appropriately.
- Report sales performance to the sales manager on a weekly basis.
- Three to five years of previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a sales-driven role (preferably in recycling, waste management, or sustainability sectors).
- Strong ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (preferably HubSpot and SAGE) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
