Marketing Coordinator

• Assist in establishing a digital marketing strategy, including social media, aligned with the overall marketing
• strategy for each product/service
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive
• brand awareness and generate leads
• Ensure all content created is accurate and error-free by proofreading promotional materials, social media,
• digital and all other marketing elements
• Maintenance of the websites
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• Google Analytics and Google AdWords (Paid Search and Display Network Campaigns)
• Google My Business (Localisation)
• Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube)
• Track and report on all digital marketing activities on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to determine the
• success of digital marketing activities, make recommendations to optimise the company’s digital marketing
• efforts and return on investment
• Continually optimise the company website, social media pages and search engine optimisation (SEO) to
• generate quality leads and drive conversions
• Oversee digital marketing budget and ensure objectives are reached within budget parameters
• Identify new trends and technologies in digital marketing and recommend adoption of those most beneficial
• to the company
• Ensure that the company and its products/services remains at the forefront of digital advertising by
• conducting research, including competitor and industry analysis and report on insights and learnings
• Develop relevant social media content, both paid and organic, aligned to the overall company's marketing strategy and campaign brief
• Organise events including booking, management of the event and logistics
• Distributing relevant marketing materials and promotional items to consultants and doctors countrywide

• Relevant bachelor's degree/diploma: B Com in marketing/communications, business science with honours in marketing or similar degree
• Experience: 3- 4 years marketing/ industry experience in a similar role (experience in the Healthcare industry would be advantageous)
• Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledgeable on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube) as well as Facebook Ad Manager
• Experience with Hootsuite
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to be proactive and take initiative
• An ability to prioritise is key as is the ability to manage a broad range of tasks
• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail
