We are looking for experienced healthcare assistants/support workers

Join our team to work in residential homes, supported living homes, and residential learning disability homes. As a health care assistant/support worker, you might find yourself escorting clients on trips to theme parks, zoos, the coast, swimming, horse riding, shopping, and more.

What you’ll be doing

• Helping residents remain as active and independent as possible
• Respecting residents’ rights to choice, privacy, and dignity
• Supporting residents with personal care and mealtimes
• Working as part of a team to identify residents’ unique goals and implement personalised care plans
• Working flexibly to help residents explore new interests, engage in physical activities, and enjoy a stimulating and homely environment

An experienced care assistant will be entitled to

Requirements

• Right to work within South Africa
• All applicants must be aged eighteen or over
• Six months of care experience is an advantage
