You must be:

• Good telephone manner
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Excellent time management
• Able to assist the sales department by executing orders on suppliers
• Receive and process orders  
• Check the accuracy of orders before placing orders on suppliers
• Computer literate

Knowledge of the OrderMation software system will be advantageous.
