Qualifications and skills
Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills: 

• Grade 10
• Excellent command of the English language
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Friendly and assist disposition
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Self-management
• Certificate of fitness

Essential duties and responsibilities
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure that the prescribed levels of safety, maintenance and service are maintained.
• Maintains lawns by sodding, reseeding, rolling, and mowing.
• Operating related equipment.
• Plans and weeds plants.
• Applies fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides.
• Plants and prunes shrubs, hedges, and trees.
• To ensure the prompt service of all areas at the required times.
• To ensure that all areas under your control area safe, clean and tidy as is always reasonably practical according to the instructions laid down by management.
