Receptionist (Pre-School | Kleuterskool) - George
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage front desk by receiving and directing visitors appropriately
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Taking minutes
- Communication with all suppliers
- Updating client database on SAGE
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Looking for a mature lady with previous experience in reception duties.
- Familiarity with SAGE and office machines (e.g. printers, scanners) is a plus.
