We have an amazing opportunity for a Chef to deliver exceptional 5-star service at the most pristine Fancourt George for a private residence. The chef is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including meal preparation, menu planning, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. The incumbent must possess refined culinary skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:- Keep dishes fresh with encompassing the different varieties of fine dining and cocktails.
- Develop innovative menu offerings while maintaining cost-effective practices.
- Have a commitment to quality ingredients, creativity, and exceptional service.
- Deliver high-quality dishes with precision and efficiency.
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Brew and serve a diverse range of coffee selections with skill and precision.
- Ensure planning of meals and take guests preferences in preparation of dishes.
Requirements: - Minimum of three years of culinary experience.
- Experience in mixology and preparations of cocktails.
- Excellent communication skills and proactive approach to guests.
- Proficient in kitchen administration, including inventory management and cost control
- Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure.
- Preferable if the candidate resides near George WC.
