Requirements:

• Certified property practitioner with a track record in managing residential and commercial rentals
• Demonstrate a proactive, target oriented approach and  initiative

Key responsibilities:

• Assist clients in finding rental properties that meet their needs and budget
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each property
• Handle rental applications, background checks, and lease agreements
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants
• Stay updated on market trends and property values
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure all properties are well-maintained and meet legal standards
• Address and resolve tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
• Utilise various marketing strategies to promote available rental properties
