Our client is seeking a motivated and bilingual (Afrikaans & English) junior accountant to join their team in George, Western Cape.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone currently studying towards an accounting qualification who has some working experience in the finance sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting tasks, including processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
• Communicate professionally with clients to address queries and provide financial support.
• Support senior accountants with audits, budgeting, and other financial duties.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or currently studying towards an accounting qualification.
• Some experience in the finance sector (internships or part-time roles included).
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (both written and verbal).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
