Vehicle Stock Controller

Key responsibilities:
- Ensure all vehicle requirements for sales and deliveries are met.
- Oversee the process of bringing new and used vehicles into stock, ensuring accurate records.
- Ensure vehicles are PDI-ed, reconditioned, fitted with accessories, photographed, and valeted for the sales floor or delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of all vehicles.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team, workshop, and service providers.
- Manage the vehicle readiness process from preparation to delivery.
- Spend a significant portion of time (90%) driving, moving, and preparing vehicles.
- Grade 12 certificate.
- Valid Code 8 (EB) driver’s license.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience in the motor vehicle industry at a dealership level as a Stock Controller
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent customer relations skills and a team player attitude.
- Medically fit with no criminal record.
- Must reside in or near the East Rand.
- Own transport is essential due to early and late working hours.
