B2B Coffee Machine Sales Representatives

Job description

We’re looking for sharp, motivated sales professionals to represent a quality coffee brand in the field.
This role is for salespeople who know how to build relationships, hit targets, and sell exceptional coffee.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for calling on businesses, servicing existing coffee machines, and driving sales of both coffee machines and capsules. This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to someone who thrives on relationship-building, movement, and performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Call on existing and prospective business clients
  

• Service and support installed coffee machines
  

• Drive sales of coffee machines and capsules
  

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
  

• Meet and exceed sales targets
  

• Represent the brand professionally at all times
  

Requirements

• Own reliable vehicle - mandatory
  

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a sales representative (promotions with sales targets count)
  

• Willingness to travel at least 50km per day
  

• Sales- and target-driven mindset
  

• Passion for coffee and customer experience
  

• Confident, articulate, well-groomed, and presentable
  

• Ability to engage confidently with discerning and demanding customers
  

• Strong time management and self-discipline
