We integrate sustainability into every part of our business:

• Sourcing local, seasonal, plant-based produce
• Donating food safely and responsibly
• Composting and eliminating single-use plastics
• Designing events that are low-waste and low-impact
• Promoting wellness through healthy menus and movement

What We’re Working Towards By 2025, we aim to:

• Serve 40% low-carbon meals
• Divert 75% of waste from landfill
• Cut our electricity use by 10%
• Shift our menus to be majority plant-based and locally sourced
