Leagas Delaney appoints MD for its Johannesburg office

Leagas Delaney's newly established Johannesburg office has appointed Ursula van Niekerk as MD. Van Niekerk was general manager of the WPP-owned Wunderman Thompson Cape Town office, where she ran the department and was in charge of helping set up new businesses and overseeing their operations.
