Novus Group announce ROi Africa client base acquisition

Local media monitoring and analytics company Novus Group has announced it has acquired ROi Africa's (ROi) client base, effective 1 March 2020. According to a representative at ROi Africa, the company decided to sell its clients following a need to realign its offering to more niche digital and social media marketing services.

Novus Group chief executive officer Michael Arvanitis said they look forward to providing their services to ROi's customers and they will actively engage with them in the coming weeks to ensure a smooth transition.
