This year, Reach For A Dream celebrates 25 years of making dreams come true for children fighting life-threatening illnesses. For the foundation, in this quarter of a century, no dream has ever been too big or too small and dreams have no limit. The impact of each dream fulfilled lingers and the foundation strives to go beyond imagination to fulfil dreams and inspire hope in the hearts of these special children.
Encourage your company, children's school and community to take part in the Reach For Your Slippers campaign and get the whole of Cape Town wearing slippers in support of making dreams come true. "Local businesses and schools in the Western Cape helped raise R200,000 in 2012, and more than R1 million was raised nationally," says Genevieve Cross, marketing and fundraising coordinator for the Western Cape.
