Sponsor sought for Dark City

Dark City is a musical that depicts life in Alexandra, Sandton in the late 1950's. Set to run at the State Theatre during September, the play tells a story of crime and music during that period. It's hoped that the play will be taken to other major cities in South Africa and possibly even abroad next year.

There are many sponsorship opportunities available ranging from product placements to naming rights and product mentions during the play. More information and the sponsorship package will be forwarded to interested parties on request. Please contact Tsile Mabale on (011) 487-0488 or 084-832-9605 or email .

Call for Programs with Jewish content/interest

DewClaw Productions is working with a European broadcaster that is looking for all types of programs: documentaries, feature films, dramas, shorts, current affairs, animation, that are especially linked to Jewish identity, history and culture. They need to be of English language, high quality editorial contents targeted to a worldwide, upper income and educated audience and preferably not broadcast before.

DewClaw will sell short rights to the films (3 months), non-exclusive to a wide range of territories: North America, Europe and Middle-East. DewClaw is essentially acting in a distributor's role and will charge the standard distributor's percentage fee from whatever revenue is made from the programmes.

If you have anything of interest, please contact Sophie at DewClaw Productions on 082 375 5022, or email .
