The content comprises advice and handy tips from the experts at the company's Training Academy that trains professional coatings contractors. We specifically avoided any technical jargon to make it more accessible - even for those tackling projects for the first time."
The site has a comprehensive content library that comprises coatings guides and tutorials covering common and not-so-common coatings activities and issues, such as product application, surface preparation, rising damp and green methods of paint disposal. Unique features include handy tips and sections for decorative paint effects and inspirational décor projects such as a kitchen makeover and personalising a baby's room.
People who find themselves in a DIY fix can turn to the FAQ section that discusses common coatings problems, call the customer care hotline or use the 'Ask Us' section, which promises to provide professional feedback within three working days or less. Other useful tools include a paint calculator, a product guide and colour advice. The site is also a resource for upcoming DIY events and workshops.
