Job description
Now, we’re looking for a HubSpot Specialist to take our CRM game to the next level.Your Mission
Turn HubSpot into a growth machine. You’ll design seamless customer journeys, automate engagement, and make data-driven decisions that boost acquisition, retention, and revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Own and optimise HubSpot CRM across the full customer lifecycle (acquisition → engagement → reactivation).
- Build smart workflows and automation strategies that scale.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance to unlock insights.
- Champion adoption across sales, marketing, and service teams.
- Keep our data clean, compliant, and conversion-ready.
What You Bring
- 3+ years in CRM / marketing automation (HubSpot mastery is a must).
- Deep knowledge of HubSpot tools, reporting, and automation.
- Strategic and analytical mindset—turning data into decisions.
- Collaborative energy to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, solutions-driven, and obsessed with simplicity that scales.
