Role overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Creditors Administrator who can start immediately and seamlessly integrate into the role. The successful candidate will handle the end-to-end creditors function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies. This role demands diligence, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong understanding of accounting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Full creditors function, including accurate and timely processing of invoices.
• Perform creditors reconciliations to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with outgoing staff during the handover period.
• Meet tight deadlines and manage workload efficiently, including overtime if required.
• Maintain strict adherence to company principles and standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience: At least five years in a similar role, with proven expertise in creditor reconciliations.
• Software Proficiency: Sage Evolution experience is preferred, though experience with other accounting software is acceptable.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Availability:

• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Must be available to work during the December and January period (no leave permitted).
