We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and ensure the smooth running of our Cresta store.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the store’s retail team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer complaints.
• Plan and execute in-store promotions and merchandising.
• Manage stock levels efficiently and maintain accurate inventory.
• Organise store operations and allocate responsibilities to staff.
• Ensure compliance with legal health and safety guidelines.
• Train, guide, and motivate staff to achieve optimal performance.
• Prepare and monitor the store’s budget with a focus on cost efficiency.
• Resolve any operational issues that arise.

Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
