We’re looking for a Systems Delivery Coordinator to help orchestrate successful project outcomes and ensure seamless delivery across teams.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate and support end-to-end delivery of systems and projects
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, progress, and timely delivery
- Track project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
- Identify and mitigate risks and blockers early, ensuring smooth execution
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including technical teams and leadership
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting using tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and workflows
Experience
- 6 to 10 years in systems coordination, project coordination, project management and or IT delivery support
- Experience working in Agile and/or project management environments
- Proficiency in:
- JIRA
- Confluence
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Project and delivery management
- Ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives within scope, time, and budget
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering practical, high-quality solutions
Collaboration and influence
- Skilled at building relationships and working effectively across all levels of the organisation
Reference number for this position is GZ61162 which is a permanent position based in Sandton offering a cost to company salary (contract initially) of R1.4m pa negotiable on experience and ability.
