Requirements

• Graphic Design qualification.
• Two to three years design experience (agency experience advantageous). 
• In-depth understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to design collateral.
• Good understanding of social media and social media marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite programmes (Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects and Premiere Pro)
• Knowledge of FIGMA/UI Design/Adobe XD advantageous
• Understanding of website design. 
• Strong focus on User Experience (UX) design. 
• Strong focus and experience in DTP design.
• Proficient in full Adobe Creative Suite.
• Design portfolio with submission required

Roles and responsibilities:

• Create print, digital and video content for various clients, internal campaigns and platforms.
• Use video editing software to edit and produce high- quality videos.
• Utilise software proficiently to resize, manipulate and enhance images, for both print and digital media.
• Assist with content creation of new product launches.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques and industry standards. 
• Assist in implementing content ideas for campaigns and foster collaboration with the marketing team.
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines to deliver projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. 
• Collaborate with the broader Marketing team and business stakeholders to meet brief requirements.
• Be adaptable and responsive to feedback and revisions from clients and team members.
