Word4Word Marketing is on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Manager who’s got the strategic smarts, technical skills, and the right remote-working mojo to join our fast-paced, results-driven team.

Role Overview:
This is a full-time role with flexible remote working. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the execution of multiple clients’ digital marketing plans, including SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and websites, while managing metrics, performance reporting, and creative content ideation. While we work remotely. Occasional in-person meetings in Pretoria may be required.

What you’ll be doing:

• 
  Leading and executing digital strategies (SEO/SEM, websites, paid media, social, email)
• 
  Creative content ideation and campaign concept development
• 
  Managing multiple client accounts with tight deadlines
• 
  Analysing and reporting on digital metrics and trends
• 
  Collaborating and communicating effectively in a remote-first environment

What we’re looking for:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Digital, Marketing, Communications, Business or similar
✔ 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
✔ Experience in retail marketing and/or agency environment preferred
✔ Excellent grammar, writing and internal/external communication skills
✔ Skilled with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta tools, and CMS platforms
✔ Familiarity with website design/development is a bonus
✔ Strong time management, analytical thinking and project management
✔ Reliable, motivated, creative, confident, professional and eager to grow
✔ Based in Pretoria with own transport for occasional meetings in and around Gauteng
