Job description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team in the sales and marketing industry industry. As a key member of our sales staff, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while promoting our products in-store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a keen interest in understanding customer needs.Responsibilities
- Maintain positive relationships with existing customers
- Achieve sales targets
- Attend sales meetings ad training
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs
- Maintain client records
- Make sales proposals to potential customers
Requirements
Previous experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a team setting.
- A passion for retail and a desire to provide exceptional customer experiences.
