The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and motivated to contribute to business growth.
Role and responsibilities:
- Actively sell, process, and manage work orders for client accounts.
- Develop and cross-sell existing accounts with new products.
- Prospect and convert new business through proactive efforts.
- Resolve issues within typical workflows.
- Pitch the retainer model to suitable clients.
- Thinks creatively and is solution-oriented when faced with challenges.
- Understands basic sales processes.
- Identifies complex problems, reviews information, and implements effective solutions.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
- Able to listen to and understand client needs, translating them into briefs for the creative studio.
- Grade 12/N4 equivalent
- Willing to travel
