    Sales Executive – Agency and Direct Sales

    Role overview

    The Sales Executive – Agency and Direct Sales will be responsible for building and managing relationships with advertising agencies to drive revenue growth for The Home Channel and Ignition TV. This role focuses on agency partnerships, sponsorships, client direct deals, media planning alignment, and maximizing advertising and sponsorship sales opportunities across television programming and digital platforms.

    Key responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies and media planners.
    • Pitch advertising solutions to agency clients.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Identify new agency accounts and grow existing ones.
    • Present channel ratings, audience insights, and campaign performance data.
    • Collaborate with internal programming and marketing teams to create customized packages.
    • Negotiate rates and close media buying deals.
    • Track market trends and competitor activities.
    • Ensure smooth campaign execution and post-campaign reporting.

    Required qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, media, or related field.
    • 5–8 years of experience in media sales, tv sales, or agency handling.
    • Strong understanding of media planning and buying processes in tv.
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Strong network within advertising agencies preferred.
    • Client direct experience.
