We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Agile Team. As a QA Engineer in the Agile Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our software products.

You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues, design test plans, and implement quality assurance processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, 2ngineering, or related field
• 5-7 years’ experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Hands-on experience with project management tools, for example, JIRA and Xray
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions
• Hands-on experience with Windows applications and Web applications
• Knowledge of software development life cycles
• Experience with defect management software and procedures
• Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) and Test Methodologies from project definition to post-deployment documentation cycles
• 3 - 5 years of experience and knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL
• Document processing/ECM experience preferred
• Financial Sector experience preferred
• Standard office working conditions, plus flexible hours to support North American time zones

Reference number for this position is GZ59754 which is a permanent position based in Johannesburg however remote offering a cost-to-company salary of R960,000 per annum negotiable on experience and ability.
