National Sales Manager - Radio Sales

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department
• Manage all account executives (public sector, direct and agency sales) and sales support staff
• Ensure that the team achieves its monthly set target
• Direct and oversee all sales and trade marketing activities
• Track and analyze sales statistics and trends
• Manage and resolve client enquiries related to service and/or product
• Make research-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
• Set sales quotas and goals for the team
• Proactively identify new sales opportunities in order to grow and maximize revenue
• Compile and present weekly operational reports
