high-performing Account Executive who isn’t afraid to hunt for new business, own client relationships, and manage deals from pitch to installation.

What you'll do:- Grow our client base: Prospect, pitch, and convert new business leads - your drive directly impacts our expansion.
- Lead the process: From first meeting to final installation, you’ll manage the full sales cycle.
- Own the client experience: Advise clients with confidence, build strong relationships, and deliver standout service.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with our project managers and creative teams to ensure we deliver what we promise - and more.
- Track and exceed targets: Hustle with purpose and get rewarded for it.
What you bring:- 2+ years in sales (signage, construction, media, property, or tech preferred)
- Strong people skills: You’re persuasive, confident, and a great listener.
- Independent drive: You’re self-motivated and don’t need to be micromanaged.
- Reliable transport: A valid license and own vehicle are essential.
- Tech-savvy or signage-curious: Bonus points if you have experience in digital displays or technical installations.
Who you are:- Experienced in Sales: 2+ years in a target-driven role, ideally in signage, construction, digital media, or tech.
- Confident & Consultative: You’re great at reading a room, understanding client needs, and tailoring your pitch accordingly.
- Self-starting & Accountable: You work well independently, take initiative, and manage your own pipeline.
- Technically Curious: You don’t need to be an engineer, but you’re excited to learn how our tech works and how to speak our clients’ language.
- Mobile & Reliable: A valid driver’s license and your own vehicle are must-haves.
