Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Continue to service, grow, and act as a strong client liaison to Orca Media’s key accounts across the country, requiring constant communication, strategy, and high levels of customer service to agencies
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and industry insights
Recommend innovative advertising campaigns, media buying strategies, and performance measurement techniques to optimise client ROI and drive customer satisfaction
Negotiate and finalise advertising agreements, ensuring terms and conditions are mutually beneficial and align with company policies
Ensure contract compliance and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise
Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, working closely with internal teams to ensure flawless delivery
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to clients
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry challenges, and emerging opportunities
Utilise market knowledge to proactively position the company as a leader in the advertising industry
Requirements:
Proven experience as a key account manager
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organisational levels
Excellent organisational skills
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
Proven track record of success in ad sales and key account management
In-depth understanding of advertising principles, media buying, and digital marketing trends
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Excellent relationship-building and client-management abilities
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
