Qualifications and experience

• Journalism or related qualification preferred.
• Demonstrated portfolio of published work.
• Industry or trade reporting advantageous.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.

Key responsibilities and requirements

• Produce daily trade-focused news articles.
• Conduct interviews with operators and tourism boards.
• Analyse policy and regulatory developments.
• Attend industry events and press briefings.
• Deliver work within agreed deadlines.
• Demonstrated journalism experience with published work.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Deadline-driven and organised.
• Professional confidence in interviews and industry engagement.
