Account Manager

A well-established company in the printing and signage industry is seeking an Account Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who understands print and signage solutions and enjoys managing key client accounts from brief to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts within the printing and signage sector
  

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal production teams
  

• Interpret client briefs and translate them into accurate job specifications
  

• Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals
  

• Coordinate jobs through production to ensure timelines, quality, and service delivery
  

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  

• Build long-term client relationships through proactive account management
  

Minimum Requirements:

• Min 3 years’ experience as an Account Manager or Sales Executive within printing, signage, or large-format production
  

• Matric

• Strong understanding of printing and signage processes (digital, large format, finishing, installation)
  

• Proven client relationship and account management experience
  

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  

• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
