Account Manager Client Services - 3 Months Contract

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the advertising and communications sector. The ideal candidate will bring 6 to 10 years of advertising or communication agency experience. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently, think strategically, and serve as both a communication and creative partner to our clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives to provide tailored, strategic solutions.
• Compile status reports and conduct status meetings
• Create presentations and contact reports following key meetings to ensure all parties are aligned on outcomes and action items.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects.
• Oversee and review advertising projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality assurance (QA) of all materials and deliverables.
• Manage confident and accountable presentations and key meetings, including status meetings.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively, keeping stakeholders informed on progress and potential issues.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives.
• Act as a strategic thinker, providing insights and innovative ideas that enhance client campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Demonstrate strong work ethics and effective project management skills to navigate deadlines and priorities.

Requirements:

• Microsoft Office software programs (e.g. Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, PPT, MS Team
• 6 -10 years of experience in account management within an advertising or communications agency.
• Proven track record of managing client accounts successfully and delivering high-quality results.
• Strong ability to QA work and make necessary changes to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Must possess a strategic mindset and the ability to be a communication and creative partner to clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
