- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar
- 7+ years of real-world software development experience
- 3+ years building mobile apps on iOS and Android using Flutter
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and motivating dev teams
- Strong system design skills and a problem-solving mindset
- A love for scalable, high-performance, cleanly written systems
