Job description
Who we are: We are a fast-growing global agency empowering creators through performance-driven strategy and marketing.What we are looking for: Senior UX/UI Desginer
What you will do:
- Conduct UX audit of key flows (onboarding, sign-up, etc.) and identify quick wins
- Build a structured, scalable design system in Figma
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality feature designs and wireframes
- Ensure responsive, accessible,and consistent user experiences
- Own and uphold UX quality and visual consistency across the product
- Create clear documentation for smooth hand-offs
- Identify and resolve UX/UI issues proactively
- Deliver UI/UX assets quickly to support faster development cycles
What you must have:
- 5+ years’ experience designing SaaS products (web, app, mobile) for multiple user types
- Advanced Figma skills (Auto Layout, Variants, Design Tokens)
- Strong ability to map and simplify complex user journeys
- Skilled in building and maintaining scalable design systems
- Proficient in prototyping (Figma Interactive, Protopie, or Framer)
- Experienced with responsive and accessible design (light/dark modes)
- Solid understanding of information architecture and interaction design
- User research experience (interviews, journey mapping, usability testing)
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and multimedia design (PDFs, banners, etc.)
- Data-driven design approach (Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.)
- Collaborative mindset with developers; understands technical constraints
- Bonus: Mentorship or small team leadership experience
