Graphic Designer

Job description

• Conceptualise, design and animate engaging visual content for digital campaigns, social media, web, print and presentations

• Leverage AI-powered tools to generate design concepts, streamline workflows and enhance creative output

• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure all assets reflect strategic objectives and maintain brand consistency

• Create and edit short-form motion graphics and MP4 advertisements optimised for digital platforms

• Combine visuals, sound and transitions to produce impactful motion narratives

• Maintain organized design files, templates and version control for scalable production

• Stay up to date with AI, animation and design trends to continuously evolve creative quality and innovation

• Diploma or degree in Graphic, Motion, or Multimedia Design

• 4–6 years in digital design and motion for campaigns or multimedia projects

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; familiar with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway ML, DALL·E)

• Strong design fundamentals (colour, typography, layout) and ability to turn complex ideas into clear visuals

• Knowledge of AI animation, voice-over tools, branding, UX, and accessibility

• Creative, detail-driven, collaborative and adaptable to new technologies

• Bonus: Experience with 3D animation or generative video tools
