Team Leader - Hermanus, Western Cape

Our client is seeking a Team Leader to establish and grow their presence in Hermanus, covering the region from Gansbaai to Pringle Bay.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of waterproofing technicians
• Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
• Perform hands-on waterproofing work when needed
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues proactively
• Maintain health & safety standards on-site
• Liaise with clients and provide excellent service

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in waterproofing or construction
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing techniques & materials
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid Driver’s license - Non negotiable
