The opportunity

We are seeking to appoint a customer-centric, energetic, and passionate sales consultant in our call centre based in George!

The role

The purpose of this critical insurance sales role is to secure new business and service existing customers by creating a great first impression and positive engagement. This will be achieved through inbound and outbound calls and offering extensions to existing policies.

The sales consultant is required to provide excellent service and support by understanding customer needs and offering key information about our products and organisation.

Working hours

Mondays to Fridays: 04h00–11h00 or 00h00–08h00 (rotational shifts)
Please note these hours may be affected by daylight savings and operational business requirements.

Requirements

• Completed grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
• Proficient or advanced English written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in a customer service or sales-driven position
• A true vocation for sales and a passion for achieving targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented with a focus on building strong client relationships
• Willingness to work the hours listed in this advert
