The opportunity:

We are seeking to appoint a customer-centric, energetic, and passionate sales consultant in our call centre based in George!

The role:

The purpose of this critical insurance sales role is to secure new business and service existing customers by creating a great first impression and ensuring positive engagement. This is done through inbound and outbound calls, as well as offering extensions to existing policies.

The sales consultant is required to provide excellent service and support by understanding customer needs and delivering important information about products and the organisation.

Working hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 4am – 11am.
Please note that these hours may be affected by daylight savings and operational business requirements.

Requirements:

• Completed Grade 12/National Senior Certificate.
• Proficient/advanced English written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in a customer service or sales-driven position.
• A true passion for sales and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with a focus on building strong client relationships.
• Willingness to work the listed hours.
