The opportunity:

We are looking to appoint a customer-focused, energetic, and passionate sales and service consultant in our call centre based in George.

The role:

As a sales and service consultant, you will advise customers on insurance products, facilitate sales, and provide after-sales support. The role involves building strong customer relationships, guiding clients through policy options, and ensuring their claims and service needs are met efficiently.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday: 12am – 7.30am or 4am – 11am (weekly rotational shifts).
Please note these hours may be affected by daylight savings and operational business requirements.

Requirements:

• Completed grade 12 / national senior certificate
• Proficient or advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales-driven position
• Strong attention to detail, organisational, and administration skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented with a focus on building strong client relationships
• Willingness to work the hours listed in this advert
