Property Management Assistant

• Grade 12 or equivalent; further education or certification in property management is a plus.
• Previous experience in property management or a related will be an added benefit
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Reliable and proactive with a positive attitude.

• Assist in the management of property portfolios, ensuring all properties are maintained and managed effectively.
• Coordinate with tenants and property owners to address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining property records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including rent collections and expense tracking.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Support the senior property manager in day-to-day operations and special projects.
