Our client is looking for a detail-oriented debtors and creditors clerk/administrator to join their team in East Rand, Gauteng.

Requirements

• Matric/Grade twelve certificate
• Own transport
• Two to four years’ experience in a similar role

Main duties

• Answering telephone, intercom, and welcoming visitors at reception
• Performing courier bookings, collections, and deliveries
• Ordering office supplies
• Preparing wage time sheets and sending them to management for approval
• Creating purchase orders (POs)
• Receiving and posting invoices from suppliers on the online system
• Invoicing clients
• Preparing weekly/monthly payments and uploading them to the shared folder
• Loading statements on the shared folder
• Sending proof of payments to suppliers after payment
• Shopping for the company and running errands
• Performing any reasonable requests or duties from management

Salary: Negotiable (according to experience)
