Join our team as a Senior Graphic Designer!
Location: Durban, Umdloti (Hybrid)
Start date: 1 April 2025
Working hours:

• Monday to Thursday: Flexible start and end times (start 30 minutes later and finish 30 minutes later, or start earlier and finish earlier).
• Friday: Fixed hours from 08:00 to 16:00.

Are you a visionary and detail-oriented designer with a passion for bringing creative concepts to life? We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team! If you have a flair for innovative design, a deep understanding of print and digital media, and a keen eye for branding, we want to hear from you.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and execute on-trend, high-quality print and digital designs that align with brand strategies.
• Understand and interpret project briefs to create compelling visual solutions.
• Maintain a strong grasp of digital design parameters, including sizing, resolution, and image formats.
• Create engaging social media graphics, including headers, profile images, and post visuals.
• Ensure consistent brand application across all creative elements.
• Design for industry-leading lifestyle brands, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop standout creative concepts.
• Develop comprehensive presentations to clearly communicate design concepts.
• Take brand strategies and briefs and translate them into cutting-edge design campaigns.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of agency experience, preferably in real estate or property marketing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• In-depth understanding of print production, including layout, colour theory, trim, and image setup.
